Please review the following terms and select "I AGREE" in the order form.

1. Services. TheStoreShop shall perform the services identified below for the Client.
   1. TheStoreShop will provide all required web related computer work necessary for the creation of a Pet web site as described in Item 2.
   2. All moneys are in USD.
2. Fees:  The fees shown below shall be applicable to this Agreement.  If Web Site is hosted on servers other than TheStoreShop's hosting packages, then any FTP of additional pages or updates may incur additional charges. 
   1. The Pet Web Site price of $79.99 applies.
   2. The primary page will consist of one graphic (picture) and the text that you supply.  The second page will be a "diary" page using text and dates that you supply and limited to 30 date lines.
   3. Additional Diary Updates: Billed separately at $5.00 per "date line  addition"  and limited to 100 words per each date line. (We suggest using weekly increments).  Your text must be supplied with the respective date.  
   4. Additional Photos and Graphics: Billed separately at $10.00 per photo or graphic.
   5. Photo Album Pages:  You may add a first "Photo Album Page" (third site page) at the time of Pet Web Site order for $20.00; otherwise Photo Album Pages are billed separately at 39.99.  Photo Album Pages are limited to 9 pictures each.  You must supply and text and pictures that you wish to be associated with a given picture and the text is limited to 25 words per picture.  Contact Us for picture format and size requirements.
   6. Additional Sections: Billed separately at $50.00 per section.
   7. Domain name registration must be purchased separately from this agreement. 
3. Payment Terms:  Payment in full is due upon authorization of this Agreement and receipt of the Pet Web Site's text, graphics, and other materials.

   1. Cancellation. If this Agreement is canceled prior to the receipt of the text, graphics, and other materials, the Client will not be liable for payment. Any payments previously received by TheStoreShop from the Client shall be deemed non-refundable.  Upon cancellation, the web site will no longer be available for viewing on the Internet.
   2. Limitation of Liability.  TheStoreShop’s total liability to the Client for any and all claims relating to or arising under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to TheStoreShop under this Agreement. Please note that access to your Pet Web Site is dependent on each visitor's Internet service provider and the condition of the Internet at the time of access. TheStoreShop is not responsible for any delays experienced in accessing your Pet Web Site. TheStoreShop does not represent or warrant the accuracy of any information posted on the web site and is relying exclusively on the accurateness and completeness of the information as submitted by the Clients. TheStoreShop reserves the right to refuse to publish any information or photographs which, in the sole and absolute discretion of TheStoreShop, are determined to be improper, offensive, or potentially embarrassing to any party.
   3. Ownership and License.  Any code, HTML, graphics or other computer-related work performed during the course of executing this Agreement, shall be the sole property of TheStoreShop.
